About the Surveyor
Rolling Hills Land Surveying, LLC was founded by Rocco Pagano, a Georgia licensed Land Surveyor and United States Navy veteran with a strong foundation in both fieldwork and design. Rocco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering Technology from the University of Maine and brings a well rounded perspective to every project.
His professional background includes hands on experience as a land surveyor in Georgia, as well as time spent as a civil designer for a land development engineering firms. This combination of field, office, and design experience allows him to approach surveying projects with a clear understanding of how accurate survey data is used downstream by engineers, planners, and contractors.
